SHIPPING, HANDLING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping, Handling & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from INÊS LAMY (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Brand”). By placing an order, the customer (“you,” “buyer,” or “client”) acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be legally bound by the terms set forth herein, without limitation or reservation.
1. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon successful completion of a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order within 24 hours. This confirmation does not constitute shipment or acceptance of delivery timelines, but solely confirms that the order has entered our processing system.
2. PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIMES
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by INÊS LAMY:

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 5 business days following receipt of full payment.

Processing times may vary depending on item type, production method, customization, and order volume.

During vacation periods, holidays, peak seasons, or force majeure events, processing and dispatch may be temporarily suspended. In such cases, orders will be produced and dispatched on the first available business day following the suspension period.
INÊS LAMY reserves the right to extend processing times without liability where circumstances are beyond reasonable operational control.
3. SHIPPING DESTINATION & ADDRESS ACCURACY
All orders are shipped exclusively to the shipping address provided by the buyer at checkout.

The buyer bears sole responsibility for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and deliverability of the shipping address.

INÊS LAMY shall not be liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, failure to claim, or repeated delivery attempts, the buyer shall be solely responsible for:

Original shipping costs

Any return-to-sender fees

All re-shipment costs

No re-shipment will occur until all applicable fees have been fully paid.
4. GIFT SHIPMENTS & SPECIAL REQUESTS
INÊS LAMY may, at its sole discretion:

Ship orders directly to a third-party recipient (“giftee”)

Include a personal message upon request
Such requests must be submitted in writing to info@ineslamy.com prior to or immediately after placing the order.
Any special request not explicitly confirmed and approved by INÊS LAMY in writing prior to order fulfillment shall be deemed null and void.
5. SHIPPING METHODS, FEES & TRACKING

Shipping fees displayed at checkout include shipping, handling, and packaging costs.

Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation containing:

Tracking number (where applicable)

Carrier information and tracking platform

INÊS LAMY reserves the right to ship via third-party carriers of its choosing.
Exceptions:
Certain low-value items (e.g., stickers or small envelopes) may be shipped without tracking. By purchasing such items, the buyer expressly accepts the associated risks.
6. TRANSFER OF RISK & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the buyer at the moment the order is handed over to the carrier.

Carrier delays

Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

Service disruptions, strikes, customs inspections, weather conditions, or force majeure events

Once shipped, any claims must be directed to the carrier using the provided tracking number.
INÊS LAMY’s liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item(s), excluding shipping, taxes, or fees.
7. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES & LOST PACKAGE CLAIMS
While most orders arrive within estimated delivery windows, delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Domestic shipments: allow up to 14 calendar days

International shipments: allow 4 to 6 weeks
A package will only be considered lost after the above timeframes have elapsed. INÊS LAMY reserves sole discretion in determining whether a claim is valid.

9. PRIORITY & EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Priority or upgraded shipping options may reduce transit time; however:

10. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY FOR CUSTOMS
International orders may be subject to:

Import taxes

VAT, GST, tariffs

Brokerage or processing fees
ALL such charges are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the buyer.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
INÊS LAMY has no control over customs authorities and shall not be liable for customs delays, seizures, or additional charges imposed by destination countries.
11. ACCURATE DECLARATION POLICY
All shipments are declared truthfully, accurately, and in full compliance with international customs regulations.

Under-declaration or misrepresentation will not be accommodated under any circumstances
12. RETURNED PACKAGES DUE TO CUSTOMS NON-PAYMENT
If an order is returned to INÊS LAMY due to the buyer’s failure or refusal to pay customs-related fees:

A refund will be issued only for eligible, non-custom, non-personalized items

Shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges are strictly non-refundable

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable
13. FINAL PROVISIONS
INÊS LAMY reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
This Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international e-commerce regulations and consumer laws, while preserving the maximum level of protection afforded to the Brand.
